A winter weather advisory has prompted the Washington D.C. area to adjust once more. Some schools in the DC region have announced cancellations and delays for Thursday.
In Virginia, Alexandria City will be holding classes remotely. Arlington Public Schools will be closed. Fairfax County Public Schools will be holding classes remotely. Loudoun County will be closed on Thursday, while administrative offices will be open at noon. Frederick County Public Schools will open with a 2-hour delay, and Prince William County schools will be closed. Manassas City Schools are also expected to be closed.
The U.S. government will be opening with a 2-hour delay for commuters.
