University of Nevada, Las Vegas Shooting Leave 3 dead, 1 Injured

On Wednesday, the University of Nevada Las Vegas campus shooting left 3 people dead and 1 person in stable condition according to the police. The shooting incident happened at Frank and Estella Beam Hall at 5 p.m., the college’s business school.

The suspect is dead, according to X. Authorities identified the suspect, but will withhold the identity until the next of kin is notified. According to CNN, the suspect was identified as a 67-year-old professor from a career college.

Metropolitan Police Department Sheriff Kevin McMahill said “No more threat to the community. The suspect is deceased. Right now, we know there are three victims, but unknown extent of the injuries. That number could change,” he promised to update the community soon.

The university students at the campus found themselves in a run-hide-fight situation. The law authorities responded as quickly as possible and cooperated in resolving the urgent matter.
