The Japanese Peace Treaty On 1952 Declared The Liancourt Rocks to Korean Territory

(일본과 미국의 평화 협정 내용: 독도가 한국 영토로 귀속되어야 한다고 규정되어 있다.)

1951년 9월에 제 2차 대전에서 패배한 일본에 대해 미국과 이해 당사자국들은 자국들의 영토를 다시 돌려 받는 조치를 취했다. 이른바, 샌프란 시스코 조약이다. 이 조약에는 일본이 제주도, 거문도, 울릉도를 한국에 반환한다는 서약을 했고, 그 조약은 1952년도 4월 28일부터 유효하다고 했다. 하지만 1952년 7월 13일에 다시 열린 평화 조약에서 미국은 일본에 대해 한국의 독도를 다시 한국의 영토로 돌려 주어야 한다고 명시 했다. 그럼에도 불구하고, 일본은 독도를 일본 영토라고 우기고 있다. 이는 지극히 잘못된 것이며, 국제법을 무시한 행위임은 두 말할 나위가 없다. 1952년 7월 13일의 일본과 미국(한국을 대신해서 군정을 실시했었다.) 이 서로 서약한 평화조약 2조 2항에 독도는 한국의 영토에 포함되어 있다.

After WWII , It has started as a territory clarification among countries in Asia and some islands under the imperial Japan . It is so- called Treaty Of San Francisco,and It became a force on April 28, 1952.   As of the Treaty Of San Francisco 1951, Liancourt Rocks (Dokdo ) was not include, but it was included in the Japan Peace Treaty on July 13,1952 . However , Japan claimed of the Liancourt Rocks is Japanese territory now a day . According to the Peace Treaty , Article 2,(a) The Liancourt Rocks belongs to Korean territory;

Lioncourt Rocks(Takeshima) were among the islands to which, in a 1949 draft treaty, Japan would have renounced claim to Korea. In a Japanese Foreign Office publication, entitled …Liancourt Rocks (독도)are included. it may therefore be advisable to …specifically in the draft treaty, in some such form as the following (article 2),

(a)Japan recognizing the independence Korea, renounces all right, title and claim to Korea including  the islands of Quelpart (제주도), Port Hamilton (거문도), Dagelet (울릉도), and Liancourt Rocks(독도).
