Republicans retain Seats as a Majority in Chamber of VA

Oct. 3, 2015, The Virginia General and Special Election brought an attention to the Republicans (21-19)again. According to unofficial result of 2015 November General and Special Election, Republicans triumph at state level and Incumbents were able to defeat their challengers in VA.

Although,  newly elected  Jeremy McPike as Senate, and Mark Levine as House Delegate will  join the chamber , still Gov. Terry McAuliffe could not change the state Senate to his party control.

Some issues has erupted in this election, such as, some candidate urged about  Women’s Health controlled by the Government,  and Terry McAuliffe announced to toll on Route 66 to control the heavy traffic.

With brief interview, Sally, the Chief of election officer from 925 Old Mill Precinct”We need bilingual election officers to help diversity  communities  and We need more volunteers to help communities to raise voting rate.”
