As  vaping becomes more common and more teens are exposed to nicotine through e-cigarettes, the US has decided to ban flavors like mint and fruit flavors, which come in popular pods like Juul.

Menthol and tobacco flavors, as well as fruit flavors in other nicotine products remain legal. This move was done to allow adults access to nicotine products, while protecting underage children from early exposure to nicotine.
