Many people have insomnia which causes them to someone helpless and leads to poverty at the end of a phase of their lives. After smartphones came into our lives, we lost our valuable time for family. We used to work at regular 9-5  and 9-5 sleeping in most ordinary people on the globe. In 2024, 50-70 million adults in the U.S. sleep less than 7 hours due to spending their precious time outward through blue lights.

According to one of the studies in 2017 published by the NIH, insufficient sleep impacts the U.S. economy by more than $411 billion each year. Sleeping disorders lead to brain-related diseases, such as dementia, and Alzheimer’s, and mood changes to depress in some aspects.

According to the sleepfoundation.org., blue lights block to production of the melatonin hormone, your brain produces in response to darkness. It helps with the timing of your circadian rhythms (24-hour internal clock) and with sleep. Exposure to light at night can be one of the disturbances of melatonin production. Research suggests that melatonin plays other important roles in the body beyond sleep.
