In a briefing to Congress, Intelligence Committee submitted a report stating belief of Russia’s attempts to interfere with 2020 election to help Pres.

Donald Trump win reelection. The attempts are predicted to come from hacking, social media infiltration, and election infrastructure manipulation.

Although helping Trump is one of the goals, Russia’s behavior is thought to reflect the general desire to understand the US voting infrastructure.

Pres. Trump is thought to have acted with indigence.

As Pres. Trump continues to advocate the stance that Russia had done nothing wrong, an untrustworthy 2020 election cycle may be approaching for the US public.
