**  이 시는 최근 New York 에 살고 있는 알렉스 라는 소년이 오바마 대통령에게 보낸 편지의 동영상을 보고 시인 윙치 챈씨가 시를 썼다. 이 시의 형식은 17세기의 영국 시인 George Herbert 의 Shape Poem 이라 불린다. 윙치 챈씨는 워싱턴 청소년 오케스트라 지휘자로 활동했으며, 국회 도서관이 뽑은 시인으로 유명하다. 그는 “Mass For Nanking’s 1937″이라는 시집을 발간해서 주목을 끌었다.
