이 시는 전 청주 불교 방송국 사장을 역임했던 성직자인 불자의 삶을 사는 한지원 스님의 시다. 짧은 시 안에 많은 의미를 내포하고 있다.

새로운 한 주를 차분히 준비하면서 조용히 음미해도 좋을 시여서 소개한다.
